Shipping Policy

We currently offer our shipping services in Cairo and Alexandria, Egypt.

For orders made through www.daliasabet.com please allow for 7-15 working days to process your order.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed. A representative will contact you before delivering the order to arrange with you a convenient delivery time.

Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays.

Shipping in Alexandria and Cairo costs 100LE. 

Order Cancelation Policies

If you wish to cancel your order please email info.daliasabet.com within 24 hours from your purchase.

Kindly note that failing to receive your order after it has been dispatched for a maximum period of 1 week will automatically subject your order to its cancellation. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment within 30 days after cancellation.

Shipping charges are non-negotiable and non refundable.

Return Policy

Dalia Sabet Jewelry only accepts returns for store credit or exchange. Items purchased on our online store may be exchanged, or returned for credit, up to 14 days after the item was received.

If you wish to return your product, please follow these instructions:

Please email us at info.daliasabet.com to request a return within 14 days of the delivery date. Please specify which product you are interested in returning, and the reason for this return. We welcome your feedback.

Items must be in their original packaging and in the original condition without wear. It is at the sole discretion of Dalia Sabet Jewelry to determine if the item being returned has been worn or is in any other way not in its original condition. If after inspection, the piece is not found to be as good as new, exchange/return will be rejected. 

Shipping charges for returns are non refundable and are on you.
