REPAIR POLICY

Quality and craftsmanship is of our utmost concern. We carefully inspect each piece before shipping. If you should experience the need for repair on any Dalia Sabet Jewelry piece please email us at info@daliasabet.com.

Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted in 18k gold. We use fine natural semiprecious and precious stones that need to be handled with care and stored carefully to prevent scratches or chipping of stones. If dropped on a hard surface gemstones a susceptible to break or crack so please remember that your fine gemstone jewelry is precious and treat it as such.  

If you should experience the need for a repair, we are here to help. All broken items will be sent to our workshop for inspection, we will contact you after close examination is done to inform you about the repair process and cost if there is any. Pieces have a 12 month guarantee.

Since most pieces are one of a kind with specifically selected stones, we may not be able to repair certain styles due to unavailable components. All repairs are subject to evaluation by our production team, and we will get back to you with the repair process and cost if there is any.

Kindly note that you are responsible for shipping costs associated with any repairs.
